About the Josh Ruff Memorial Invite
The Josh Ruff Memorial Invite, sponsored by Oak Ridge High School, (joshruffmemorialinvite.org) a premier Northern California High School Cross Country Meet, was established in 2005. In 2013 the meet name was changed to the Josh Ruff Memorial Invite. Josh was a much admired Oak Ridge High School competitor, 2007 alum, and assistant coach, who tragically passed away in 2012.

Rosters for Varsity Boys and Girls (5000 meters) are limited to 8 runners each per school.

Register unlimited entries for Frosh/Soph (3400 meters) and JV runners (3400 meters).
