2026 Meet Division & Registration Details

Meet Date: Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026
Location: Johnson Springview Park
Divisions:

Rosters for Varsity Boys and Girls (5000 meters) are limited to 8 runners each per school.

Register unlimited entries for Frosh/Soph (3200 meters) and JV runners (3200 meters).

Youth grades 7 and younger will run over a 2500 meter course

Youth Grade 8 will have a 2500 meter course.
****Boys and girls will run separately in their youth divisions.

You will receive periodic informational emails with updates.

Each athlete will be provided a bib number and a timing chip that corresponds to their bib number.

Registration Deadline: Tues., Sept. 15 2026 at midnight.
High School Registration Fees

$275 per school (both Boys & Girls), $200/school (only one gender)

$15 per individual.

Please make checks payable to Golden West Association and bring them on race day.
Youth Registration Fees

$15 per individual

$200 maximum fee per school/club

Please make checks payable to Golden West Association and bring payment on raceday.
Important!
All Schools will be required to submit payment on race day in order to receive the team packet. If your school was slow in cutting a check, please bring a personal check or cash in order to get your team’s race packet.
